Refreshed

We just had a meeting last night with the 4 worship leaders of Northway church. What a refreshing time it was. It was so great to see the leadership come together and really pray about and think about the future of our teams. I mean we are given so much and God asks for so little back. We are out to change the thinking of our church, the attitude of worship, the experience of worship and the experience of Christ. I believe we are on to something. I do not want to give anything away. The only thing I can say is watch out for Northway Church and the Music Ministry. I believe God is going to use us beyond all expectations this year and the upcoming 08′ season. We have not scratched the surface of our capacity nor ability. It is time to equip our teams with a Christ like attitude and to motivate them into an energy and musicianship that exceeds our natural abilities. I will continue blogging on this topic throughout the year.

Worship Practice Tonight

Tonight we have worship team practice, this week is going to be great…I have a great team and our set List looks like this….

4. Happy Day (reprise)

Something have been doing lately is reprising a new song at the end of the service, it helps the crowd recognize it one more time, and by this time they have it down. Great way to end the service if you have the right song and the the right sound. I can’t wait to see how this weekend pans out, it is looking to be a great weekend already.

By the way pray for our church. I feel this urgency to expand to another campus and I hope it is coming up soon, besides our vision is the northeast, 32 million people. Campuses in every region, every state. I can’t wait to see where we will head next. Keep us in your prayers.
