Lunch on Thursday

3 04 2008

Every Thursday I wake up pretty excited, partially because it is the start of the church weekend(Thursday night band rehearsal) but mostly because I get to go out to lunch with my amazing wife. We have made it a habit and trend in our relationship to meet for lunch every Thursday. This is the highlight of my week. There is nothing like sitting down over lunch and discussing life with your beautiful wife. It takes me back to when we first began dating, I love it. You cannot put a value on this time that I get with her every Thursday.I have the most amazing wife, she is so talented in so many areas of her life. I admire her and love her more than she may ever know.

This week we threw down some serious Moes food. I did some damage on a”homewrecker” (which is one of their ridiculous burritos there). Loved the food, loved the time with my wife. So full, I think we will go back to our light Panera meal next week.

Update of Michelle

2 11 2007

So as you know my wife went in for surgery on Monday. She is doing great, she has to have a pin in her finger for the next 6 weeks until she is all healed, but she is doing awesome. Make sure you continue to pray for Shell as she is recovering. What a strong wife I have. She is such a blessing and has such a great attitude about the whole situation. I am so blessed. God is good all the time. Thanks for all of the prayers and messages. We really appreciate it.

Pray

24 10 2007

This past Sunday night we had an incident at our home, where my wife Michelle got her hand slammed in our front door by me accidentally…yikes, 13 stitches and a broken finger later she is doing ok….Today she had a doc appointment and they told her there was nerve damage and the bone was healing crooked. Pray that her upcoming appointment tomorrow goes well with the hand specialist, also pray for healing and safety in the future for her…I mean she is living with me you know? ha ha…seriously pray though…
